Fran has over 35 years experience in the software industry having worked in development, test, management and now consulting. He co-founded Insight Test Services which was subsequently acquired by Sogeti. Fran now specialises in pragmatic approaches to lean/agile adoption, quality/testing, and associated practices. He works with a wide variety of clients helping to upskill teams and support improvements in their ways of working. He is a regular speaker at international conferences and seminars. Fran is a Certified/Professional ScrumMaster, Professional Product Owner, an ISTQB testing tutor at advanced level, and previously a CMMI and TMMi lead assessor. He co-organised Agile Tour Ireland and co-founded the Irish SIG in Software Testing – SoftTest. His tutorial ’Metamorphosis: Moving To Agile And Staying Agile’ won best tutorial at EuroSTAR Stockholm.
