With over 20 years of experience in software quality assurance, I specialize in optimizing development processes to help organizations deliver high-quality software efficiently. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, along with postgraduate degrees in Software Engineering and Health Informatics, providing a solid foundation for bridging technical innovation and quality. As a TMMi Professional and an accredited ISTQB trainer (Foundation and Agile Tester), I have guided professionals and organizations in adopting robust quality assurance practices. I’m also a proud member of the Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB), contributing to the advancement of testing standards in Canada. My expertise spans test case design, automation, and implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines. A PSM I-certified professional, I excel in both traditional and Agile environments, adapting strategies to suit organizational needs. In 2016, I co-founded Zentelia, a firm dedicated to software quality assurance. Leveraging years of leadership in quality and regulatory affairs, I have led high-impact projects that introduced advanced testing methodologies, significantly improving product quality and reducing time-to-market. As a co-author of the ISTQB Foundation syllabus, I’ve contributed to shaping global testing standards. I’m also a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and an active contributor to publications on software quality assurance and DevOps, sharing practical insights and strategies. Committed to fostering a culture of quality, I strive to drive excellence and innovation in every initiative.
