She has led major quality initiatives for global platforms such as Reuters Trader and Reuters Wealth Manager, as well as enterprise level banking systems. At KBTG, she oversees testing for KBank’s K+ mobile banking platform, serving more than 23 million users, and drives the adoption of standardized testing, automation, and AI. As a key leader in the SQM Transformation Program, she plays a central role in elevating quality engineering and positioning KBTG as a technology leader nationally and globally.

Widely respected for his mastery of functional testing across both manual and automated practices, Wittaya is now leading KBTG’s strategic push into intelligent testing and automation. He also serves as the Product Owner of Chai LAI, KBTG’s first AI powered testing platform. In this role, he focuses on driving innovation, elevating test efficiency, and shaping the future of quality engineering within the organization.

Thitaporn Thapanasakul is an Advanced Test Quality Assurance Engineer at Kasikorn Business Technology Group (KBTG), with over 9 years of cross-functional expertise across the roles of Business Analyst, Agile Coach, and Quality Assurance. Since joining the Software Quality Management department in January 2021, she has been deeply involved in the development and implementation of the KBTG Test Management Framework, ensuring projects align with Quality Gate standards and maintain audit readiness. Currently, she is exploring Testing for AI, focusing on the Sai JAI AI test management framework to ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of AI systems used across KBTG.

At KBTG, Quality AI has entered its next chapter. Chai LAI, our in‑house AI agent powered by off‑the‑shelf AI coding assistants, has already rewritten the rules—120 engineers generated 800 automation scripts and 6,000 test cases in just 3.5 hours.

Through a dual‑track quality strategy, AI for Testing now drives the entire testing lifecycle, while Testing for AI advances through SaiJAI and PRAJAK—our LLM‑as‑a‑Judge to enforce trustworthy AI at scale.  This leaves only one outcome: testers must abandon their identity and take ownership — of quality, risk, and AI itself — or fade into extinction. Recognized as APAC Test Team of the Year 2025 and the first ISTQB Platinum Partner in Southeast Asia, KBTG is not imagining the future. We are already operating in it.
