Let’s talk about the notion that testing is not a one-size-fits-all approach, but rather an art of finding the perfect fit for each unique team. We will explore our unique approach to agile testing. Inspired by the wise words of Frankie, who said: “Regrets, I’ve had a few But then again, too few to mention I did what I had to do And saw it through without exemption I planned each charted course Each careful step along the byway And more, much more than this I did it my [AGILE] way”. In this session, we will share our experiences, successes, and lessons learned as we navigated the testing landscape in our own distinctive manner. We will reveal how we carefully planned each step, ensuring quality and achieving success in exploratory and formal testing. Along the way, we gained valuable insights into agile testing, where adaptability and flexibility play crucial roles. Join us on our journey and discover the power of tailoring your testing approach to meet the specific needs of your team. How did you tailor your testing journey to suit your team’s needs?
